Pre-register and pay only $349.00
The Real Estate Principles course is $399. But if you enroll through CENTURY 21 Paul and Associates Real Estate prior to the beginning of course, the fee is $349. This $349 fee includes all three pre-license courses you need to apply to take the state exam. Real Estate Principles, Real Estate Practice and Legal Aspects of Real Estate. The $349 also includes a weekend crash course to completely prep you to pass the State exam!

The Real Estate Principles course consists of 11 session lessons, one day of review and the final exam. The final exam is an open book exam. This course can be completed in two weeks. Days and hours for the two week course are Monday through Friday from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM for two weeks and the second Saturday from 8:30 AM. to 4:00 PM.
The other two course are home study courses. In order to make an appointment to take the state exam, you will be required to submit proof of completion of all three courses before being scheduled for the state exam.
